We are looking for a Senior Cloud Solution Architectwith deep experience in the Retail industryto join our Cloud Solution Engineering team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our strategic retail customers, bridging business challenges with Oracle’s cloud technology. You will design scalable architectures, lead innovation workshops, and help our customers modernize their operations using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and retail-focused applications.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with retail customers to understand their business and technical challenges and design end-to-end cloud solutions using Oracle’s portfolio (OCI, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS);
• Lead technical discovery sessions, executive workshops, solution presentations, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs);
• Translate retail business use cases (e.g., omnichannel commerce, loyalty programs, pricing optimization, analytics, supply chain) into solution architectures;
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and development teams to define and deliver winning strategies and architectures;
• Build and present tailored demonstrations and prototypes that showcase Oracle’s innovation and business value;
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, especially those shaping the future of retail;
• Provide feedback from the field to help evolve Oracle’s retail solutions and cloud services.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields;
• Experience in cloud architecture roles, including at least 3 years in the retail industry;
• Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP), APIs, microservices, containers, databases, and security;
• Familiarity with retail business applications: ERP, CRM, WMS, OMS, POS, e-commerce, and analytics platforms;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to both business and technical audiences;
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and storytelling capabilities;
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cloud certifications (especially Oracle Cloud Infrastructure);
• Experience with AI/ML applied to retail use cases;
• Knowledge of Oracle solutions such as Oracle Retail Suite, Autonomous Database, Oracle CX, or Data Lakehouse.
