At Degreed, we believe that blending human insight with AI-powered innovation creates transformative learning experiences. Degreed is expanding our Learning Services division, and we are seeking an experienced Curation Specialist. You will be instrumental in designing, refining, and maintaining our curated learning. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate best practices in instructional design, content curation, and AI collaboration. Your work will directly influence how our clients and learners access and engage with high-quality, impactful content, helping to build a learner-centric experience that drives continuous improvement.


Key Skills

  • Learning Experience Design: Ability to design and structure learning experiences with clear outcomes and benefits.
  • Content Development: Expertise in crafting and refining engaging narratives that effectively communicate complex concepts.
  • Quality Assurance: Strong skills in evaluating digital content for relevance, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Collaborative Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and provide clear project updates.
  • AI Proficiency: Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and prompt engineering to generate, review, and enhance learning materials.


Key Responsibilities

  • AI Collaboration: Proficiency with AI-powered content generation tools and an understanding of best practices in prompt engineering.
  • Quality Assurance & Editorial Skills: Strong ability to assess content for accuracy, relevance, and consistency while maintaining a clear brand voice.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled in working with diverse teams and translating technical or abstract concepts into clear, learner-friendly content.


Compensation

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.This role is under a CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) contract in Brazil.
The total monthly pay range for this position is R$9,000 - R$13,000.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
