Position Summary: A Guest Room Attendant at The Foundry Hotel Housekeeper delivers service excellence by creating a welcoming experience and providing helpful and exceptional service. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment.

Essential Job Functions:

• Clean assigned rooms thoroughly.
• Change linens and make beds.
• Clean bathrooms meticulously.
• Sweep, vacuum, dust, mop, and manage trash.
• Replenish guest amenities and toiletries.
• Load, organize, and store the cart properly at the end of each shift.
• Manage keys and assigned rooms responsibly.
• Respond to guest requests and report issues promptly.
• Follow procedures for lost and found items.
• Report items needing repair.
• Follow all safety protocols and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude and steady work pace.
• Act with integrity at all times.
• Provide personalized guest service with passion.

Qualifications:

Work Hours:

Variable schedule based on hotel needs; must work weekends and holidays. Punctuality and proper uniform are required.

Physical Requirements:
