Binance’s Pioneer Talent Program is a full-time, early-career initiative aimed at individuals with up to 5 years of experience. Participants will receive:

The role involves developing and executing an organic content strategy aligned with Binance’s brand and goals, creating and managing engaging content across social media, blogs, forums, and other digital platforms, analyzing performance metrics to optimize content reach and engagement, collaborating with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency, staying current on industry trends, engaging with the community professionally, conducting content audits, and more.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Proven content creation experience, ideally in crypto or fintech
• Strong grasp of social media, SEO, and content strategy best practices
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong project management abilities
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and community building
• Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision making
