We are looking for a full-time Crisis Specialist Supervisor to join our team! You must have a Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university. Preferred two (2) years’ experience in Child Welfare.

A Day in The Life as a Crisis Specialist

As a Crisis Specialist Supervisor, you supervise the Crisis Support Workers assigned to each area, working Monday through Friday from 6am to 3pm, and are on call as needed. Crisis Support Workers provide after-hours and weekend on-call support to staff in the Permanency Services Program. The role involves promoting the well-being of children in the program, participating in staff meetings and trainings, and coordinating with other agencies involved in providing Permanency Services.
