What Part Will You Play?

• Establish a positive rapport with clients to develop and maintain long-term relationships, understanding their business, objectives, and expectations, and acting as a go-to person on all aspects of services and support for assigned relationships.
• Assist in evaluating clients' business requirements, effort estimation, and guide clients to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
• Participate in converting business requirements into detailed technical specifications and learn to present them internally and externally, securing requirement sign-off.
• Gain and maintain knowledge of how to identify critical business impact issues from Service Desk.
• Assist with documentation and maintenance of clients' system environments, keeping records of functionality, environment, and specific documentation for review and feedback by senior levels.
• Participate in release management activities between Service Desk, Compliance, and Projects, as well as client activities such as Payment Card Industry audits and internal projects, ensuring code releases do not negatively impact client operations.
• Engage in executing simple project/development work plans and learn to revise them as needed to meet changing requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
• Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
• Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
• Advanced English proficiency in speaking, listening, and writing.
