RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct basic data entry into company systems and file information using agreed procedures to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Carry out standard facilities management tasks as assigned.
• Respond to requests for information about the availability of people or facilities to assist in arranging business meetings.
• Operate basic equipment and perform routine tasks following detailed instructions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Secondary/Intermediate education + (5 GCSEs)
• Effective elementary verbal communication skills to express ideas, request actions, and formulate plans under supervision.
• Basic understanding of numerical concepts to perform mathematical operations and report analysis under supervision.
• Support business processes with guidance, effectively using standard office equipment and software.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize activities under supervision to meet business objectives.
• Understand and interpret policies and procedures to align with organizational strategies under supervision.
• Analyze data trends and create reports under guidance to aid decision-making.
• Manage and process data to fulfill business objectives under supervision.
• Create clear and effective reports at an elementary level.
• Apply basic concepts to manage safe systems of work.
