Position Overview:

Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues in Alstom products in the field to ensure their availability.

Responsibilities:

• Correct field issues during warranty and pre-warranty periods, including investigation and repairs.
• Perform fleet verification activities.
• Report and document deviations (failures/events) using the failure management tool.
• Apply and reinforce Alstom's and the client's EHS policies and safety rules during PI processes.
• Conduct testing procedures, fix problems, evaluate system performance, and perform component failure analysis before repair.
• Support field modifications implementation.
• Assist in technical investigations with Engineering and internal/external suppliers.
• Recommend preventive and corrective maintenance actions.
• Ensure effective communication regarding interventions and operations related to problem resolution and support shift transitions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Technical education in electrical/electronic fields.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems.
• At least 1 year of experience as a technician in troubleshooting, investigation, and testing (mechanical or electrical/electronic).
• Product knowledge.
• Awareness and exposure to EHS standards.
• Fluent in Portuguese; basic English skills are required, with intermediate preferred.
• Willingness to travel for short and long-term missions, both domestically and internationally.
