A leading global online fashion retailer is seeking an HR professional to develop strategies tailored to the South America region. The role involves enhancing employee engagement, promoting cultural integration, and leading HR projects to support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
● Deeply participate in the business strategic planning of the South America fulfillment region, develop HR strategies that adapt to local business needs, and drive implementation to support rapid business expansion and sustainable development.
● Assist business departments in formulating employee learning and development plans based on talent capability structure, including cross-cultural onboarding training, professional skills enhancement programs, high-potential talent acceleration plans, and leadership development for managers.
● Provide systematic solutions such as organizational design and compensation incentive plans to address business pain points, driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement improvement.
● Promote the organic integration of global and local cultures, plan cross-regional team collaboration projects, and strengthen the cohesion of multicultural teams.
● Lead special projects such as regional HR digital transformation, labor cost optimization, and other strategic initiatives to address complex human resources challenges.
