NOV Energy Equipment - Aftermarket is currently recruiting for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team at Macaé, BR. The main responsibilities of this role include:

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and send documentation and deliverables to customers and internal stakeholders (Condition Assessments, Work Instructions, Test Reports, Quotations, etc.)
2. Create and maintain rig-specific documentation within DMS (RigOffice, SharePoint, etc.)
3. Initiate ERP and Tracker setup for new projects/programs, utilizing program naming conventions and requirements
4. Load/prepare necessary templates for new projects/programs
5. Maintain program ERP projects, including WBS setup and/or modification
6. Prepare/initiate Purchase Orders, Intercompany Purchase Orders, Billing Summaries, Credit Memos, and Invoice Requests
7. Assist Project Managers with InProgress or labor system reporting
8. Assist Project Managers with invoice tracking and follow-up
9. Support Regional Managers with program template and process revision control
10. Support Program Managers and Project Managers with customer ERP system
11. Support Regional Managers with meeting minutes and preparation
12. Assist Regional Managers, Program Managers, and Operations Analysts with budget and cost allocations
13. Support Program Managers with procedural/documentation audits

Education and Experience Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
2. 1 year of related work experience preferred
3. Advanced English.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, OneDrive)

1. Able to travel, if required
