Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair electrical equipment on the rig and at camp.
• Manage the electrical team effectively.
• Participate in pre-tour and toolbox meetings with the team.
• Maintain equipment in safe working order and report deviations.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment in coordination with the Chief Mechanic and Rig Manager.
• Write analytical reports.
• Support employee development and mentor team members as required.
• Set and review annual objectives for employees.
• Participate in HSE audits.
