Job Description

This role is accountable for leading a team of Field Team Leaders and their teams to execute all data collection and acquisition activities, ensuring full compliance with global governance standards and guidelines, and delivering predictable and committed results.

  1. Lead and motivate the field organization to ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely, and validated data to clients, representative of the markets from which it is collected.
  2. Coach and develop Team Leaders and associates (auditors) to build a pipeline of talent supporting the organization's future needs.
  3. Partner effectively with COE and stakeholders to align operational strategy.
  4. Ensure Team Field Leaders have adequate resources to meet business requirements.
  5. Maintain continuous delivery of quality and performance excellence in field collection operations.
  6. Evaluate organizational performance through improvement programs and regular reviews.
  7. Collaborate with Global Enablement teams to implement and maintain standards and governance.
  8. Ensure compliance with all personnel, business practices, standards, and regulations.
  9. Manage T&E for the region, review operating plans monthly, and analyze expenses and variances.
  10. Ensure verifications on the field are conducted according to plan.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Field Operations.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
  • Detail-oriented with data analysis skills.
  • Proven leadership skills, ability to create, consolidate, and report KPIs.
