About Senior LIFE

Senior LIFE is an innovative home and community-based Medicare and Medicaid funded program providing comprehensive healthcare services and support to seniors living in the community. It enables seniors to remain at home while receiving necessary care, enjoying familiar surroundings through open communication and shared decision-making with our staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff continuously
• Manage schedules, PTO, overtime, and optimize efficiency
• Provide supervision and support to staff
• Assist with new member enrollment, assessments, and care plan reviews
• Coordinate care planning, interdisciplinary meetings, and family conferences

Requirements

This role requires at least five years of management experience, including a minimum of two years in a managerial role within a geriatric care facility or program. Applicants must possess a current RN license and a valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
