Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Mid to Senior Golang Engineer at Ardan Labs. The engineer will develop efficient, reliable software solutions, optimize tech stacks, and refactor code. Collaboration with teams to increase development velocity and meet project goals is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Go applications.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries for scalability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Contribute to deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Participate in architectural discussions and implement best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3+ years in Golang.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in production environments.
• Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Knowledge of Distributed Systems Design.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) and proactive infrastructure management.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with medium-to-large distributed systems in production.

Soft Skills

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• High engagement, self-starter with problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in finance, crypto/blockchain, or gaming sectors.
• Knowledge of observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
