Descrição da vaga

1. Analyze and bridge the gap in IT systems, Processes, Technology in the organization in order to enable new Digital Business.
2. Collect business requirements with appropriate priority and convert them into IT/process requirements.
3. Work with the SAP MM global team to design and implement solutions for defined business processes.
4. Execute IT and process roll-out projects, meeting cost, time, and performance targets, in close cooperation with stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure processes are well defined under the IT framework and organizational priorities are met.
6. Address regional requirements with appropriate priority to meet current and future business needs.
7. Design, build, and test critical solutions within SAP platform in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
8. Align with global teams to learn and deploy suitable global solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive SAP MM experience with at least 3 end-to-end implementations.
• Experience enabling Digital Business with digital process capabilities.
• Leadership in establishing new business models within the Source to Pay area.
• Deep experience with SAP MM, Brasil localization, and integrations with other modules and third-party tools.
• Excellent understanding of Source to Pay processes.
• Experience with different implementation methodologies, Waterfall and Agile.
• Ability to identify risks and issues related to IT solutions and mitigate them.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to articulate complex solutions and prepare documentation.
