Qualificações

RESPONSABILIDADES & TAREFAS ESPECÍFICAS

Analyze manufacturing events, follow production and anticipate financial manufacturing impacts. Check and validate activities made by accounting and other financial departments with manufacturing impacts; be the focal point to the plant controller.

Responsibilities:

• Expenses control
• Material/Product Register
• Stock Movements / Transfers / Register / Follow / Records / Check Inconsistencies
• Stock Balance checks
• Follow up, Production Controls to keep Manufacturing performance.
• Use proper and appropriate methodologies to enable the definition of the cost of activities and subsidies for superior decisions.
• Propose accounting and administrative measures, suggest necessary actions to avoid the repetition of identified irregularities.
• Analyze events and accounting and tax documents.
• Follow safety, health, occupational rules, as well as the company's procedures and standards.
• Maintain contacts with all sectors involved in the processes, to regularize inconsistencies and/or delays.
• Prepare Manufacturing Schedule to the Month End
• Validate Standard Costs
• Expenses Report - Analysis & Explanations
• Provide the calculation, classification and industrial production composition to goods and services, inventories to finished and in-process products, direct and indirect costs
• Closing production hours
• Provide Labor & Overhead - upload in local ERP and inform leaders
• ERP Accounting accounts & calculations Journals
• Run Actual Costs
• Stock Analysis
• Prepare Slob Reports
• Prepare scrap report
• Manufacturing closing and reporting
• Controls stocks and manages inventories
• Prepare Block K report (Taxes)
• Local COA Manufacturing Recs
• Check the reports issued by the accounting area (balance sheets, financial and budget balance sheets)
• Internal Audit reports (CSA)
• Assist in the preparation of the organization's accountability, including organizing and monitoring work of accounting audits on the organization's accounts.
• Collaborate with the work of internal and external auditors, providing data and information that meet tax requirements.
• Provide Studies to New Investments or New Products
• Stock Take & Physical counts
• Standard Costs review
• New products calculations
• Carry out other related activities as requested by your immediate superior.

EDUCATION

Graduation in accounting, economy, or administration business
