WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGE?

Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of CEO and Management Team;

Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation;

Support the executive committees, board and management committees.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure consistency and suitability in decision making process;
• Oversee daily operations in collaboration with senior managers;
• Perform administrative tasks such as managing action plans, meeting calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copies and electronic files;
• Serve as a subject-matter expert in, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Eight or more years of experience in a business management or executive role;
• Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications;
• Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives;
• Knowledge in risk and compliance matters;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

PREFERRED:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field;
• Experience in data analysis and budget management;
• Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management;
