As a Tech Leader in our Development Team, your mission will be to technically oversee a team of experienced front-end and back-end developers. You will work in a fast-paced global team, pushing innovation to the next level. Innovation is at the heart of BairesDev's strategy.

What You Will Do:

1. Experience using DevOps toolsets/mindset, including CI/CD, configuration management, and containerization.
2. Create full SDLC DevOps platforms.
3. Lead teams in an engineering capacity.
4. Create large-scale blueprints and roadmaps, including current & future states for infrastructure technology.

Here's what we're looking for:

1. Experience working as a DevOps engineer.
2. Advanced management of agile methodologies.
3. Advanced knowledge of Design Patterns.
4. Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
5. Experience with Security.
6. Experience developing or integrating with large-scale applications.
7. Specialization in Backend and Frontend development areas.
8. Strong experience in code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
9. Expert understanding of client requirements' benefits and weaknesses.
10. Advanced knowledge of technology trade-offs.
11. Experience participating in meetings with clients, users, and stakeholders.
12. Leadership experience, including task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, estimation, conflict management, and planning.
13. Advanced English proficiency.
