We are seeking a Supervisor Consumer Engagement based in All Over Indonesia. Our coverage areas include North Sumatra, South Sumatra, West Java, Jabodetabek, Central Java, and East Indonesia.

Your ‘day to day’

• Planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting consumer engagement activities across different channels in assigned areas, such as Media, LAMP/HOP, Events, and Community engagement.
• Analyzing marketing issues and opportunities in assigned areas, including segmentation and consumer profiling.
• Managing and implementing strategies tailored to the outlet’s potential and consumer preferences.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Who we’re looking for

• Experience working with Media Partners, Advertising Agencies, Branding Teams, and Creative Agencies is advantageous.
• Preferably with experience in field sales distribution and supervisory roles.
• Active in organizational activities and social media savvy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fast learner, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with numerical data.
• Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office and MS Excel.
• Passionate about fieldwork.
• Possession of a valid driving license (SIM) type A.
