The Talent Acquisition Operations (TA Ops) team enables Nubank’s Talent Acquisition function to scale with consistency, speed, and quality. We operate and evolve the core systems and processes that support hiring while designing solutions that support recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout their journeys. With a strong focus on automation, data quality, and user experience, we work to reduce manual effort and enhance decision-making across the board.
In this role, you’ll also be embedded in Nubank’s Business Automation hub – a central team focused on helping functions across the company become more efficient and scalable. There, you’ll collaborate with technical peers to align on architecture, implementation, and standards, ensuring consistency in what we deliver and supporting your ongoing technical development.
