We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead quality assurance and quality control efforts across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality operations, strong leadership skills, and a background in systems development and change management within the pharmaceutical industry.

The successful candidate will oversee quality assurance and quality control processes, lead and develop the quality team, implement and manage quality systems, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

1. Quality Assurance Leadership: Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
2. Team Development: Lead and develop the quality team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their success.
3. Systems Development: Implement and manage quality systems, including process improvements and changes.
4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations through effective quality control processes.
