Job Description

• Organize shelves, restock products, and maintain an attractive layout to enhance the shopping experience. In the Fruits, Vegetables, and Greens section, freshness is a priority to make everything more appealing. In the Cold Cuts section, products should be well stored. In the Bazar area, which features home, pet, camping, and other products, create a conceptual display that invites customers to buy. In the Grocery section, keep everything orderly to facilitate shopping.

Main Responsibilities

• Identify stock shortages in the sales area and check the stockroom for replenishment quantities.
• Ensure products to be restocked are in good condition for display.
• Restock products on counters, islands, points, and cross points, ensuring proper rotation to avoid empty spaces.
• Ensure the display layout complies with company standards.
• Organize the sales area, checking product expiration dates.
• Arrange carts, pallets, and platforms to not hinder customer circulation.
• Remove trash, cardboard, plastics, and dispose of them properly.
• Serve customers politely, respectfully, and kindly.
