is looking for a highly qualified Expat Maintenance Superintendent to work on an FPSO for one of our clients. The professional will be responsible for managing and controlling all maintenance activities, including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and telecommunications, ensuring operational integrity and safety of the unit's systems. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension. The job is based in Vitoria, Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the maintenance team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all technical facilities.
2. Supervise corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities on critical equipment.
3. Monitor and troubleshoot failures in utility systems and FPSO equipment.
4. Ensure the technical integrity of the hull, structure, tanks, and topside modules.
5. Plan and manage bunkering operations and consumables inventory.
6. Control modifications and improvements within change management processes.
7. Coordinate with the OIM and other departments for maintenance planning.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory and classification society requirements.
9. Administer the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and manage vendors and contractors.
10. Perform criticality assessments of equipment and define maintenance strategies.
11. Supervise the implementation of safety procedures and systems, such as Permit to Work (PTW).
12. Participate in incident investigations and prepare technical reports.
13. Responsible for training and developing the maintenance team.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Previous experience on FPSOs or offshore platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of classification society requirements and international regulations.
• Advanced skills in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Experience working in an international, multicultural offshore environment.
• Valid certifications: CBSP (Basic Safety Training for Offshore Platforms), T-HUET (Tropical Helicopter Underwater Escape Training).
