Accountabilities: Your day to day tasks are the following:
  1. Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate activities in your assigned territory to support achievement of volume and market share growth
  2. Ensure availability, visibility potential, distribution, and price compliance of PMFTC products in the outlets
  3. Implement national and local trade programs, adult consumer promotions, and engagement activities
  4. Develop and coordinate action plans needed with counter-part Salesman, to achieve volume targets
  5. Raise adult consumer preference for product distribution of our brands in outlets for incremental sales
Skills And Competencies
  • Should be a graduate of any 4-year course
  • With driver’s license for at least a year and can drive manual transmission
  • Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge in negotiation and consultative selling
  • Field sales exposure is an advantage
  • With relevant sales/marketing projects and initiatives
Work Location

North, Central Luzon Sales Offices – should be amenable to be assigned to do field work areas covered by the assigned sales office
