• Experience with Media Partners, Advertising Agencies, Branding Teams.
• Preferably supervisory experience in field sales distribution.
• Valid driving license (SIM Type A) required.

We are seeking a Supervisor Consumer Engagement based in All Over Indonesia. Our coverage areas include North Sumatra, South Sumatra, West Java, Jabodetabek, Central Java, and East Indonesia.

Your ‘day to day’

• Planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting consumer engagement activities across multiple channels in assigned regions, e.g., Media, LAMP/HOP, Events, Community.
• Analyzing marketing issues and opportunities in the assigned areas, including segmentation and consumer profiling.
• Managing, implementing, and evaluating territory strategies aligned with outlet potential and consumer preferences.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Who we’re looking for

• Experience working with Media Partners, Advertising Agencies, Branding Teams, and Creative Agencies is advantageous.
• Preferably with exposure to field sales distribution and supervisory experience.
• Active in organizational activities and social media savvy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fast learner, able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable handling numerical data.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Passionate about fieldwork.
• Possess a valid driving license (SIM Type A).
