Team

This is a unique opportunity to join a team that combines frontline commercial execution with strategic thinking. Salesforce Business Value Services (BVS) is closely aligned with the Latam Sales organization, supporting sales pursuits within top accounts. You will lead a team engaging directly with customer executives, articulating the strategic and financial impact of our platform. Your responsibilities include developing account strategies, value propositions, success metrics, investment justifications, deal structures, and proposals for strategic customers. You will also advise regional sales management on account and negotiation strategies, helping prioritize pursuits and identify new opportunities. We seek passionate, driven individuals capable of clearly communicating how our solutions transform businesses and support strategic goals.

What you will be doing
  1. People Leadership: Support long-term employee success through coaching, development, and building a high-performance team, including hiring and retaining talent.
  2. Customer Success: Support enterprise accounts throughout the customer lifecycle, from strategic alignment and project justification to measuring the value of business outcomes.
  3. Sales Partnership: Collaborate with sales and other teams to define account strategies and prioritize initiatives based on value potential.
  4. Orchestration: Facilitate workshops to discover current and future business capabilities, identifying and measuring key value drivers.
  5. Deal Negotiation: Assist in developing proposals and deal structures, providing insights to senior management for negotiation strategies.
  6. Thought Leadership: Provide leadership, training, and consultative support throughout the sales cycle.
  7. Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities and execution.
  8. Organizational Impact: Implement programs that improve customer experience and success.
What we are looking for
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
  • Change management and process improvement skills
  • 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in strategic, customer-facing roles
  • Results-oriented and strategic thinker capable of guiding customers from current to future states
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior executives
  • Experience with quantitative analysis and financial modeling
  • Business and technical acumen to discuss technology and strategy
  • Creative, energetic, and self-starting with initiative-taking ability
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, especially with Sales, Engineering, and Industry teams
  • Candid communicator capable of having courageous conversations
  • Experience in account strategy, value hypothesis development, and proposal execution (preferred)
  • MBA (preferred)
  • Familiarity with technology and enterprise software (preferred)
