Position: Supervisor Consumer Engagement

Location: All Over Indonesia (covering North Sumatra, South Sumatra, West Java, Jabodetabek, Central Java, East Indonesia)

Your ‘day to day’

• Plan, execute, monitor, and report on consumer engagement activities across channels such as Media, LAMP/HOP, Events, and Community initiatives.
• Analyze marketing issues and opportunities, including segmentation and consumer profiling.
• Manage and implement strategies tailored to local outlet potency and consumer preferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Who we’re looking for

• Experience working with Media Partners, Advertising Agencies, Branding, and Creative Agencies is advantageous.
• Preferably with field sales distribution and supervisory experience.
• Active in organizational activities and social media savvy.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fast learner, able to work independently.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with numerical data.
• Computer literacy, especially MS Excel.
• Passionate about fieldwork.
• Possess a valid driving license (SIM A).
