Job Description

You will support the I2M and IIM processes for site / cluster and ensure effective planning and execution of change as it relates to new and existing products, packaging, and processes for a plant or cluster. At the plant level, you will work on change management and innovation management capabilities.

How you will contribute

You will:

  1. Support Project Development / Execution: Support I2M/IIM (Innovation 2 Market; Initiative Management) within the site; provide site AR write-ups & prepare critical site inputs to the Regional BD, specifically for IIM Design Reviews (DR2 – DR6); lead Project Verification (DR7); oversee Design Reviews (DR4) onward; lead plant activities such as master data, artwork, raw/pack material availability, track timings, and report to the project team. Act as the source of internal and external information (contact for commercial stakeholders and the key interface between category and engineering/manufacturing/R&D). Lead site post-project evaluation and communication, planning, and execution of promotional activities within the I2M process.
  2. Support Site Strategic Plan / Annual Contract creation: Assist the site director in developing the site strategy and plant roadmap. Be the key partner for the Product Supply team on sourcing/capacity expansion—ensure full integration of Innovation/Renovation plans into the site supply plans. Collaborate effectively with engineering to build the site CAPEX budget, including planning and prioritization.
  3. Drive ongoing business and simplification: Integrate overall site change management to ensure project delivery while maintaining service levels. Manage reprioritization, de-complexity initiatives, and support the delivery of productivity and improvement agendas. Ensure execution of regional/global menu cards and manufacturing hurdle rate compliance. Support product supply assessments for current supply and demand gaps.
  4. Lead, coach, and build the capability of the business development change coordinators within the plant and other key stakeholders.

  • Strong operational & manufacturing experience in the CPG industry with expertise in TPM, 5S, LEAN, Six Sigma tools, safety, and GMP standards.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and business processes; working knowledge of commercialization processes (I2M); project leadership/management skills, including technical and financial aspects.

Activities

Project Management: Knowledge of project management methodologies and practical experience in managing projects.

Skills in stakeholder management, time management, Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and PMBOK are advantageous.

Data Analysis: Ability to collect, analyze, interpret, and communicate data to inform decision-making.

Technical Knowledge: Experience with biscuit manufacturing processes and supply chain management in the consumer goods industry.

Finance: Understanding of cost structures, budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX, and return on investment analysis is a plus.

Languages: Intermediate English and Spanish; oral and written communication skills.

Software Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Office Suite, and Microsoft Project (preferred).

Communication: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex ideas, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and report project progress to stakeholders.

Creativity and Curiosity: Willingness to think outside the box, question the status quo, and propose innovative solutions.

Leadership, Adaptability, and Collaboration: Ability to lead teams, motivate colleagues, and make assertive decisions in a dynamic environment. Flexibility to adapt to new situations, technologies, and challenges, working collaboratively.

Position Based in: VSA | Three days a week at the factory.
