Qualificações

  • Experiência em vendas de mídia ou soluções de marketing, preferencialmente em mídia digital.
  • Proficiência em inglês intermediário/avançado; espanhol é um diferencial.
  • Capacidade de construir relacionamentos estratégicos e baseados em confiança.

Responsabilidades

  • Gerenciar um portfólio de clientes, focando no desenvolvimento de negócios.
  • Prospectar, negociar e fechar parcerias com anunciantes e agências.

The VTEX Account Executive is the sales representative of the Company, owning the entire sales process. The role involves generating new sales opportunities and managing those from various sales channels. Responsibilities include designing sales strategies, identifying opportunities, managing local target lists, engaging contacts, demonstrating solutions, negotiating, and closing deals. VTEX requires that its Account Executives be VTEX Ads specialists, with the ability to understand client needs and demonstrate technical knowledge of the solution.

ABOUT THE TEAM

This is a new team where you'll be a founding member, helping to shape the future of ecommerce media. VTEX Ads is Latin America's largest Retail Media consolidator, offering end-to-end solutions that support advertisers and retailers with advanced technology and a dedicated retail media organization.

The VTEX Ads Retail Media Network enables onsite, offsite, and in-store campaigns, leveraging AI-driven models to identify the best products to promote and reach the right customers at the right time.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  1. Manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on business development and revenue growth;
  2. Prospect, negotiate, and close partnerships with advertisers and agencies, connecting them to our media solutions;
  3. Act consultatively to understand client goals and translate them into tailored, data-driven media proposals;
  4. Translate marketing needs into solutions using available assets;
  5. Maintain CRM systems (Pipedrive and Salesforce) with accurate pipeline and deal information;
  6. Identify market trends, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and contribute to improving our commercial offerings;
  7. Participate in events, strategic meetings, and executive presentations to strengthen VTEX's position in retail media.
WHO YOU ARE
  1. Experience in media sales or marketing solutions, preferably in digital media, retail media, adtech, or trade marketing;
  2. Humility and ability to connect with the right professionals to optimize sales approaches;
  3. Quick learner and adaptable;
  4. Problem-solving with a business-oriented mindset;
  5. Ability to build strategic, trust-based relationships across stakeholders;
  6. Strong storytelling and pitching skills, focused on data and results;
  7. Analytical, goal-oriented, capable of managing multiple opportunities;
  8. Solid understanding of digital media ecosystem and retail/consumer dynamics;
  9. Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency; Spanish is a plus;
  10. Connections with media buyers from agencies and advertisers are advantageous.
