Where no two days are the same.YOUR ROLEAs a RAN Planning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and expanding our wireless network infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining radio access networks to ensure optimal performance, coverage, and capacity. Conduct network capacity planning and forecasting to ensure adequate resources are available to meet future demand.Conduct radio frequency (RF) planning and propagation modeling to determine optimal cell site locations and antenna configurations.Analyze network performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize network parameters.Design and implement network expansion plans to meet increasing demand and improve coverage.Coordinate with network operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
