*** You should come from the medical aesthetics industry, ideally from major companies like Allergen, Galderma, Mertz, Rennova, etc. ***
*** You will have a large network of healthcare clinics, Aesthetic GPs, Cosmetic & Plastic surgeons, Dentists using dermal fillers and botox, and Dermatologists in Brazil, and experience selling to them. ***
** Fluency in English, or a strong business grasp of English (written and verbal), is preferred. **
The client is a $100m private investment fund specializing in the medical aesthetics industry, with a global network of warehouses serving as local procurement centers, sourcing and shipping products worldwide.
The primary customers are small to medium-sized healthcare professionals, including cosmetic, plastic, and dermatological surgeons, as well as Aesthetic GPs.
The company is a B2B distributor of medical devices and aesthetic products like botox and dermal fillers, with a presence in over 13 countries and a majority share in 15+ businesses in medical aesthetic distribution, ecommerce, and on-ground sales.
The client seeks a consultant or a contractual partner (not an employee) who already has an existing business selling medical aesthetics (dermal fillers and Botox injectables) into healthcare practices, beauty salons, and clinics in Brazil.
You will be supplied with third-party sourced products and leverage your local network to expand the market. Your ground sales network will be crucial to opening the Brazilian market for the client.
Brazil is a promising market, as is the wider LATAM region.
Potential candidates include owners of beauty clinics or chains, former sales employees of global medical aesthetic manufacturers, or distribution business owners with extensive networks in Brazil.
Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
Must have experience selling dermal fillers and injectables into Brazilian beauty and aesthetic clinics.
Experience should include selling to small- and medium-sized healthcare practices, beauty salons, cosmetic GPs, surgeons, and dermatologists.
The role involves heading up wholesale sales in Brazil, leveraging existing networks, and owning the distribution channel for the market.
You will help determine pricing, product assortment, and identify market gaps based on your expertise.
