About the Company:

This role is pivotal for someone to take on leadership, relieving the founder from daily creative oversight on major projects.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a standout Video Producer with exceptional taste, leadership skills, and the ability to independently manage high-end film and video projects. This is not a task-based role but one requiring confident creative decision-making, timeline management, and the ability to elevate content from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end execution of high-budget video and film projects.
2. Make key creative decisions on style, pacing, tone, soundtracks, and visuals.
3. Identify project gaps and autonomously advance production.
4. Collaborate with editors, animators, and designers to produce top-tier content.
5. Serve as a primary contact (preferably client-facing) for relevant projects.
6. Ensure all projects meet the highest quality standards and align with client expectations.

Qualifications:

1. 7-10 years of experience in video/film production.
2. Proven ability to lead creative projects independently.
3. A strong portfolio demonstrating impeccable taste in editing, visuals, and audio.
4. Track record of initiative and pushing creative boundaries.
5. Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
6. Familiarity with multimedia workflows, including motion graphics, animation, and sound.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in agency or boutique creative studio settings.
• Spanish fluency (not required but advantageous).
• Experience managing client relationships directly.
