We are looking for a Staff Product Manager, AI Code Gen to lead our efforts in custom code generation and AI-powered developer experiences. In this role, you’ll define and drive the strategy for integrating AI-driven code generation into Webflow, enabling both traditional developers and visual developers to seamlessly extend and enhance their projects with custom code. You’ll work closely with our engineering and design teams to craft intuitive, powerful developer tools that bridge no-code and pro-code workflows. This role is an opportunity to define and shape the long-term strategy for this area, working across teams to explore, validate, and scale solutions that expand our customers’ capabilities on Webflow.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of launching AI-products and developer tools, operating at both strategic and tactical levels, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams. This person should be equally comfortable defining long-term vision and getting into the details of execution. Strong business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and exceptional communication skills are essential, along with a passion for crafting best-in-class user experiences.
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
