Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Client Launch & Experience Lead. The Client Launch & Experience Lead will be responsible for overseeing client onboarding processes, providing exceptional client services, managing communication between clients and internal teams, conducting financial assessments, and supporting sales activities. The role requires ensuring positive client experiences and maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills to manage client relationships effectively
  • Experience in finance to handle financial assessments and analyses
  • Sales skills to support and enhance business development efforts
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
