You’ll be joining our Business Systems Team, which is responsible for building, managing, and optimizing technology across every aspect of product sales and operational support at Carta. As the backbone of the business, our mission is to drive growth by developing the platform, infrastructure, and tools that keep the company running efficiently. We focus on long-term success by optimizing processes for both internal teams and customers. Our work drives efficiency gains by automating repetitive tasks to reduce manual work and boost productivity. We provide leadership with real-time, data-driven insights for strategic planning, enabling scalable growth by ensuring systems and processes can handle increasing demand. We bridge gaps between teams by integrating tools and workflows, ensuring compliance and security by properly governing business-critical data. Additionally, we streamline processes such as deal approvals, contract execution, and billing, accelerating revenue recognition and shortening time-to-revenue.
