Job Title: Senior C&R Solutions Engineer

Senior Data/Business Analyst (Power Apps/Power BI)

Design, develop, and deliver key post-market process analytics, tools, and insights across Philips to ensure ongoing Patient Safety and Quality.

Your Role:

1. Accountable for leading and redefining a Philips Post Market Surveillance (PMS) Process reporting framework, establishing a single source of truth (data management and collection), and leading continuous improvement projects based on stakeholder feedback.

2. Build relationships and trust across the Philips community to operate effectively in a large multinational company with matrix management. Partner with various teams to understand and mitigate risks related to corrections and removals, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

3. Ensure compliance with global regulations and standards, aligning operations with external authorities, internal QMS, and Philips business processes.

4. Collaborate with global corrections and removals teams to improve governance processes for efficient execution.

5. Evaluate the effectiveness of post-market processes to identify gaps and implement solutions to mitigate risks.

You're the right fit if:

1. You have 10+ years of experience in data management, with strong skills in data analytics tools and methods, and have led improvements from requirements gathering through validation and deployment.

2. You possess advanced skills in data collection and analysis using Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft Lists, etc., with a solid understanding of data drivers, preferably applying LEAN principles.

3. You hold a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields, or have relevant experience and certifications supporting data tooling and continuous improvement. Experience in regulated industries, especially Medical/Pharmaceutical, is required.

4. You are fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and possess strong emotional intelligence for cross-functional collaboration. Experience in a matrix organization and willingness to travel occasionally (less than 15%) are preferred.
