As an internationally distributed software development team, we are hiring:

Developer

Responsible for developing software application solutions for the organization's external and internal clients. Developers may be involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Developers work with clients, product managers, analysts, architects, and engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and implement IT solutions aligned with business objectives. They may develop and review requirements, create design documents, write programs, package, test, configure, and deploy software. Developers also collaborate with stakeholders including security, quality assurance, training, project management, engineering, hosting, and procurement to support project needs. They are expected to be results-oriented, knowledgeable about both new and legacy technologies, familiar with relevant platforms and environments, and understand business processes, functions, and data within their domain to provide innovative, insightful, and secure solutions.

This position requires knowledge and experience in the discipline, with ongoing development of higher-level skills. Builds knowledge of the company, processes, and customers. Solves a range of straightforward problems, analyzing solutions using standard procedures, with guidance and direction.

Requirements

• Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• Experience: Related experience in the area preferred.
• Functional Knowledge: Expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadening capabilities.
• Business Expertise: Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish work.
• Leadership: Provides informal guidance to new team members.
• Problem Solving: Capable of solving straightforward problems using technical experience, judgment, and precedents.
