An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to enhance operational efficiency. In this role, you will manage client budgets, support project teams, and streamline administrative procedures. Essential Functions
Manages the client budget, billing and invoicing
Provides support to Translations PM admin activities such quoting, receivables and payables among others.
Supports the creation, administration and cost control of POs
Sales and account management administrative support
Communicates with IQVIA project teams on set up of studies
Supports ITS adoption in terms of connecting with project teams
Supports vendor payment process and the setup on the payments platform.
Supports any other Operations activities prioritized by the Direction of the Operations team.
When manager is unavailable, use initiative to review and prioritize activities, taking action or escalating critical matters as appropriate.
Assist in the development and design of improved administrative procedures to promote the timely processing and submission of all administrative deliverables.
Develop and implement an efficient work flow and information tracking/retrieval system across all assigned projects, and maintain/archives files and records.
May provide support and guidance to new or more junior members of staff.
Perform other duties as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Life Science, International Relations or related field
Advanced English proficiency.
Minimum of 1-2 years' direct experience in the activities or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Comfortable collaborating and communicating with a variety of colleagues and customers.
