Qualificações

Descrição da oferta de emprego

Essential Functions

  • Manages the client budget, billing and invoicing

  • Provides support to Translations PM admin activities such quoting, receivables and payables among others.

  • Supports the creation, administration and cost control of POs

  • Sales and account management administrative support

  • Communicates with IQVIA project teams on set up of studies

  • Supports ITS adoption in terms of connecting with project teams

  • Supports vendor payment process and the setup on the payments platform.

  • Supports any other Operations activities prioritized by the Direction of the Operations team.

  • When manager is unavailable, use initiative to review and prioritize activities, taking action or escalating critical matters as appropriate.

  • Assist in the development and design of improved administrative procedures to promote the timely processing and submission of all administrative deliverables.

  • Develop and implement an efficient work flow and information tracking/retrieval system across all assigned projects, and maintain/archives files and records.

  • May provide support and guidance to new or more junior members of staff.

  • Perform other duties as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Life Science, International Relations or related field

  • Advanced English proficiency.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' direct experience in the activities or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Comfortable collaborating and communicating with a variety of colleagues and customers.
