A leading company in the energy industry seeks a Well & Flow Control Engineering Coordinator/Project Lead Engineer in Rio de Janeiro. The role involves coordinating project execution, ensuring adherence to standards, and managing engineering scope. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Production Engineering, experience in relevant engineering, and strong communication skills.

Coordinate the Well and Flow Control Engineering project execution, ensuring lean execution, according to One Engineering processes and standards, and within schedule and budget.
Coordinates engineering project activities, leading the team under their responsibility, ensuring the client's scope and requirements while following TechnipFMC processes, standards, and applicable regulations. Represents product engineering to the client and key stakeholders in project management, planning, procurement, manufacturing, etc., to ensure execution within the deadline and budget, managing risks and changes related to the engineering scope.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering with an active CREA registration;
Experience in Well and Flow Control Product Engineering;
Knowledge of Team Center and Microsoft Office package;
Advanced / Fluent English
Desirable knowledge in project management;
Desirable knowledge in Lean methodology;
Proactivity, organization, good communication, teamwork.
