Qualificações

Get to Know Your Area:

This position supports the Latam Region Head, ensuring proper discipline and governance of regional priorities. Responsibilities include providing operational and administrative support such as organizing and attending business reviews, regional management meetings, and senior staff meetings, and following up on action points. The role also involves organizing and implementing key regional processes like IBP, StraCo, Budget, and Business Reviews, as well as managing regional projects.

Your Mission Will Be To:

• Support the Latam Region head in creating and coordinating the operational and administrative agenda.
• Develop and oversee the execution of the regional administrative plan, including initiatives like Country Reviews, Staff Meetings, IBP, Budget, StraCo, POC.
• Coordinate regional management meetings and senior management visits.
• Organize and facilitate business reviews and other regional meetings, ensuring follow-up on action points.
• Assist in building analyses and presentations for senior management, including strategic presentations, speeches, memos, reports, and background information.
• Lead or support strategic regional projects independently or with the regional leadership team.
• Support the Regional Head with general business responsibilities, including content and background for appointments and presentations.
• Manage sensitive and confidential executive information appropriately, ensuring proper communication and actions.
• Provide expertise support on administrative matters.

Are You Ready for the Position?

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Healthcare, or related fields.
• Significant experience in commercial roles (marketing, promotion, sales, project management).
• Strong project management skills and discipline.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Comfortable discussing office issues at all levels.
• Advanced computer skills, including Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
• Ability to work well in complex, high-level team environments.
• Discretion and ability to handle sensitive situations.
• Strong organizational skills and discipline.
• Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish (mandatory).
• Location: São Paulo, Brazil.
