The Field Application Specialist (FAS) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for executing customer service strategies, contributing to the applications and field services team to benefit our customers. The FAS acts as an advocate and promoter of our solutions, delivering high performance and supporting marketing and commercial strategies.

This position is part of Service Brazil, located in Recife, and offers opportunities to work remotely, in the office, and on-site at customer locations. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will join the Field Service Application Team and report to the Field Service Application Leader Brazil. Your role is to maintain high customer satisfaction through pre-sales and post-sales services, delivering technical support, and helping customers meet their business challenges. You will play a key role in educating clients, supporting scientific publications, and enhancing our market differentiation, all while building a world-class Field Application Specialists organization.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support on-site visits and remote assistance, troubleshooting, and training, acting as the primary contact for product-related issues and strategic decision-making support.
• Serve as an active communication link between Beckman Coulter and customers, including marketing support for new product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Lead ongoing education for our customers, supporting scientific publications and highlighting our services as market differentiators.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Proven experience in continuing education for clinical laboratory customers and over 3 years of workflow experience in clinical analysis laboratories, with theoretical and practical knowledge of in vitro diagnostics, preferably with Beckman Coulter or similar products.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is desirable. Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker.
• Availability to travel within Brazil and internationally for training and customer service, with face-to-face interaction being a key aspect of the role.
• Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, or Biology.
