Digital Shelf Syndication Specialist

The impact you will make in this role

The digital shelf specialist will be responsible for enhancing product content for strategic channel partners.

As a project manager, this person will be accountable for the End-to-End Syndication Process:

1. Collect business and channel partners' content requirements.
2. Monitor channel product content health and coverage, identify data gaps.
3. Identify relevant syndication solutions to provide large amounts of item-level product data between 3M and their channel partners and other customers using systems like Salsify, Hybris, Adobe Assets, iICE, HAMR, etc., as well as Excel, retailer portals, and third-party data pools.
4. Ensure successful updates of syndicated data in 3M and partner portals, escalate technical or content issues, and report on channel performance metrics such as content coverage and performance.

They will also work to streamline the syndication process. The successful candidate will leverage project management, operational data management, and customer engagement skills to enhance e-commerce results with customers and accounts.

Your Skills and Expertise

To succeed in this role from day one, 3M seeks candidates who have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Computer Sciences, or related fields (completed and verified prior to start).
• Relevant experience in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Product Information Management, Syndication, or similar.
• English proficiency at C2 level or higher.

Additional qualifications that could be advantageous include:

• Knowledge of industry syndication standards like GS1.
• Ability to gather and articulate complex data requirements clearly to customers.
• Project management skills.
• Customer management experience.
• Strong customer service ethic for internal and external clients.
• Experience with IT systems such as SAP, Salsify, SAP BI4, GEDW, HAMR, Hybris, and Celum.
• Interest and experience working with data and data structures.
• Excellent analytical and structured thinking skills.
