Responsibilities:

• Execute machine, equipment, and mechanical component lubrication according to the factory's preventive maintenance plan.
• Suggest and implement improvements to the lubrication plan based on performance analysis, recurring failures, and best practices.
• Perform replacement/installation of filters, breathers, level meters, lubrication nozzles, hoses, automatic lubricators, and identification tags.
• Collect oil samples for laboratory analysis.
• Disassemble/assemble bearing housings and machine guards for lubrication.
• Check oil, grease, and other lubricant levels, replacing or refilling as needed, and filter oil when applicable.
• Maintain updated maintenance records and activity reports in SAP/PM.
• Identify leaks, abnormal noises, or other issues and report to the maintenance team via maintenance notes.
• Ensure the conservation and cleanliness of lubrication equipment in the central lubrication room and work areas.
• Strictly follow safety, food safety, quality, and environmental policies of the unit.
• Ensure proper separation and disposal of oils, greases, and contaminated rags.
• Perform other activities related to the role of the Specialized Lubricator at Ingredion.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in lubrication or industrial mechanical maintenance.
• Desirable experience with lubrication techniques.
• Good communication, initiative, proactivity, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

• Technical training in Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields.
• Technical knowledge of types of lubricants and their applications (Grease, Oils, and Additives).
• Availability to work full-time or shifts.
