Position: Business Controller Manufacturing

The Business Controller Manufacturing is part of the global business controlling team supporting the Supply Chain and Factory organization in Santpedor. This key team member is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and working directly with managers to define financial goals, continuously seeking improvements and recommending actions based on analysis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Analysis: Undertake factory controlling responsibilities, analyze and report financial data, identify process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial success.
2. Analytical Thinking and Insights: Address complex issues with advanced analysis, identify risks and opportunities, and develop analytical tools for decision-making.
3. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate complex financial concepts clearly, collaborate with operational teams, and present findings to management.
4. Reporting and Compliance: Generate reports, ensure compliance with financial policies, and support management with financial analyses.
5. Continuous Improvement and Projects: Participate in improvement initiatives, conduct financial meetings, and support ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in finance roles with effective financial management.
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and preferably Spanish (spoken and written).
• Team player with good communication skills, able to multi-task and plan efficiently.

Offer

Rate is € 90,- per hour, all-in, excluding VAT.
