About the project:

As a Dynamics CRM Developer, you will assess a company or organization's operational and IT needs. Your responsibilities will include creating extensions for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform applications, testing your developments on the company network, and integrating them with existing systems. You will also troubleshoot problems as they arise, ensuring seamless functionality. This role involves working with SQL servers and in both on-premises and cloud-based environments.

You will be able to:

  • Configure, develop, and support Dynamics 365 CRM in line with best practices.
  • Develop customized solutions within the Dynamics platform.
  • Create, modify, and troubleshoot existing applications.
  • Survey client's requirements.
  • Participate in design and architecture definition meetings.
  • Development and testing of requirements.
  • Place solutions into production.
  • Meet with clients to understand business rules and translate them to functional and technical requirements.
  • Use the industry best practices at all stages of solution development until the final deployment.
  • Engage in continuous improvement efforts for project design, support, and practice development efforts, with the help of project managers.

What will help you succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ Years of experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects.
  • 5+ Years of experience working as a Power Apps model-driven developer.
  • 5+ Years of experience working with Power Automate cloud flows.
  • 3+ Years of experience working with C#.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Experience working as a Power Apps Canvas apps developer.
  • Experience in Dynamics 365 customer insights • journeys.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate and/or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Consultant Associate.
  • Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 CE with other systems.
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
