What you’ll do:
  1. Take on a cross-functional growth role focusing on driving the bottom line for our DTC clients.
  2. Execute and scale paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google (YouTube, Shopping, Display, Pmax), TikTok, and Taboola, including A/B testing, creative rotation, budget management, and day-to-day optimizations. Develop expertise in paid media buying with opportunities to grow into a leadership role as you and the company scale.
  3. Lead strategic marketing meetings, drive media and marketing strategy, and help the team and clients make informed decisions about marketing investments.
  4. Manage website and landing page strategy, source new landing pages, and customize shopper experiences aligned with creative strategies.
  5. Learn to execute on new channels with minimal guidance using first-principles based problem-solving.
  6. Develop a basic understanding of product management.
  7. Eventually supervise other team members and external contractors.
  8. Track and report KPIs in easy-to-read dashboards.
