You have 2-4 years of experience with some experience in performance marketing, media buying, or e-commerce is strongly preferred.
You are a quick learner who is actually interested in learning (we can tell). Ideally, you’ve started your own venture in the past and know what it takes to “own” a business. Time management and communication skills are traits you are known for. Details are your bread and butter.

We’re a team of handpicked individuals hell-bent on profitable growth for the sake of it, we get up in the morning energized to crack the latest growth problems wide open just cause it sounds fun. We wouldn’t settle for anything less and don’t take ‘No’ for an answer. No task is too big or too small, if it's needed to achieve profitable growth we find a way to do it or get it done. We aren’t on a hiring spree and will only onboard someone on the same wavelength. That being said, if you think you can outperform someone with the experience and don’t have it we’re open to chat, a willingness to take on ownership of projects to completion is key, for the right person that’s music to their ears.
