An established institution is seeking a dynamic Program Director for a new Doctor of Science in Health Sciences program. Twelve-month, open-rank, tenure-track or clinical faculty position to serve as the Program Director for the developing Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) in Health Sciences program. The Program Director will take the lead in designing the curriculum, courses, and overall structure of the DSc program in consultation with the Associate Dean for the School of Rehabilitation Sciences and the Dean for the College of Health. The new D.Sc. program at Moravian University will be offered as an online program with focused in-person residency experience(s) at the institution. Thus, there is an opportunity for this position to be remote.
June 2025, but an August 2025 start is negotiable.
The School of Rehabilitation Sciences houses undergraduate programs in Health Sciences (BS) and Public Health (BS or BA), and graduate programs in Athletic Training (MSAT & DAT), Occupational Therapy (MSOT & PP-OTD), Speech-Language Pathology (MS-SLP, SLPD), and Physical Therapy (DPT). The school promotes interprofessional programs within a collaborative environment designed to foster student learning and engagement across disciplines.
