The salary range for this role is$172,000 - $236,500/year + Bonus
As the Director of Product for our Insights Platform, you will lead the strategic direction of Numerator’s platform, which is used to access our consumer panel data. This is a client-facing leadership role where you will collaborate closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to build a platform that delivers meaningful outcomes for our clients. You will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap, optimizing existing features, and ensuring the platform continuously evolves to meet customer needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities
Define and communicate the strategic vision and roadmap for the Insights Platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and evolving market trends.
Lead and mentor a team of product managers to ensure product excellence and innovation within the platform.
Work closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to translate customer feedback and market requirements into actionable product plans.
Prioritize product features and initiatives based on market analysis, customer feedback, and strategic business priorities.
Collaborate directly with clients to understand their challenges and translate those insights into impactful product solutions.
Lead initiatives to identify and leverage the latest AI advancements in our platform, ensuring new features provide real utility and drive meaningful value for our clients.
Oversee the execution of product initiatives, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery that meets customer expectations.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics, using data to continuously refine the platform and drive improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in product management or a related leadership role, ideally within a SaaS or data-driven organization.
Proven track record of managing client-facing product initiatives, with strong experience in gathering customer insights and translating them into product solutions.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams toward a shared vision.
Experience with AI integration and driving product innovation through new technologies.
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, product management principles, and the unique challenges of scaling enterprise platforms.
Ability to synthesize market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to drive actionable product strategy.
