As Director, Marketing Brazil & Global Confectionary, you’ll be part of our incredible team of Marketing.

In this role, you will lead the marketing strategy for Brazil and the Global Confectionery category, driving top-line growth through innovation, category expertise, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with go-to-market teams, global market leaders, and key customers to develop impactful marketing plans, optimize the product portfolio, and identify growth opportunities. You’ll influence business direction, support long-term planning, and develop talent within your team.

Location: São Paulo/Brazil

As part of the Strategy team, your role you’ll be:

  • Lead category management for key food, beverages and other industrial categories and applications, using deep market insights to shape strategy and drive growth.
  • Develop and execute innovation pipelines, from idea to launch, aligned with consumer trends and customer needs.
  • Define and implement marketing plans that elevate specialty ingredients and deliver differentiated value to customers.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to build a long-term innovation agenda and influence the future of the category.
  • Leverage competitive intelligence and customer insights to optimize the portfolio and identify new growth opportunities.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in a business or marketing role or business support function.
  • Demonstrated experience in Marketing in a B2B environment for food and beverage sector.
  • Formal Voice-of-Customer (VoC) methodology experience also a plus, to transform market insights into action.
  • Fluent in English. Spanish is a differential.
